Very disappointed with the experience. 1. Vehicle not restored to pre-loss condition: mismatched headlights and incomplete repair. 2. Fitment issues after repair: door and bumper misalignment, wind noise, poor sealing, multiple return visits required. 3. Additional damage during repair: damage to window regulator panel and unaddressed front grille emblem (documented in insurance claim). Over a week of corrections without a loaner vehicle. 4. Poor insurance coordination: repeated incorrect invoices, poor coordination of required parts replacement. 5. Communication issues: missed callbacks, inconsistent updates, major disruption to work schedule. 6. No loaner vehicle: financial and time burden during defect correction period. 7. Unrealistic timeline: 2–4 hour repair turned into a full day, with final issues still requiring repeated explanations. Very warm welcome, but “they talk a good game, but the reality is very different.” I would not trust this facility again despite its high rating.

This is a solid body shop if you need insurance work done. Not sure if they do restoration paint jobs, or custom paint for cars and trucks. I Needed to get the front end of my car repaired for an Insurance claim, and they made things really easy. They worked directly with progressive for the insurance claim, and they deal with Enterprise car rental, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is easy and on site The service representative your assigned calls and gives status updates on the repair of your vehicle, so you know when the car will be ready for pick up. I had a loose side view mirror, after pick up, I brought it back a couple of days later and they took care of the issue no problem. For sure would use them again.

I can't say enough about the team at Collision Care Express! Now only did they do a professional job on my car, but the patience and time they were willing to dedicate to getting the appropriate compensation from my insurance company was above and beyond heroic!! The staff was always friendly and got back to me. Ryan is amazing and I knew from the start when he took the time to show me and explain the damage that my Lucid was in good hands and that is now proven as my car is back to is former splendor! If you need body work or have had an accident, this is the place you want to go!

Collision Care did an absolutely amazing job with my 2014 911. It was involved in a rear end collision a month ago and I was worried that it was going to never look the same again. Fortunately, Collision proved me wrong and left the car exactly like it was pre-accident! I’d argue that it looked better than before! I want to thank the Dream Team, Sheila, Ryan, Chelsea, Katie, Nicole, and Mariana, who were all involved. I will absolutely recommend anyone needing their car repaired to come to Collision!!!!
